PIS, Sangli has won the DG Police Youth Parliament Championship and have been qualified for the next level. The competition as well as prize distribution ceremony was recently held in the auditorium of Bharati University Law College, wherein our students received the Championship Trophy through the hands of SP, Sangli. Our students ​are qualified​ under Grade VIII to XII category where they had a tough competition of Participants ​from ​ Willingdon College, GA College etc.

DG Police Youth Parliament Championship is an initiative taken by Mr. Vishwas Nangare Patil, IG Kolhapur with an objective to involve youth in creating awareness about social, national and international issues. 3 participants from each school speak on topic, first one shares the concept, second one presents role of Police in it and third participant speaks about role of Youth. Topic​ for our school was "Communal-ism"​
