Podar International School, Kalkere participated in the Inter-School Athletic Competition and took pride in bringing back the laurels to the school. Students from Grade I-X participated in various categories and track events, showcasing their endurance and dedication.

In Long Jump, Mst. Sai Kaushal of Grade X bagged the Gold medal by setting a new record of 5.61m in the tournament.

Ms. Bhumika Vinod of Grade IX bagged the Bronze medal.

Mst. Dharun Kalyanaraman of Grade VI secured the Bronze medal.

Ms. Dayita Deepak Tripathi also secured the Silver medal in the respective track event.

Mst. Sai Kaushal bagged the Bronze medal in 200m, and Mst. Gatik Goyal and Mst. Dharun Kalyanaraman secured Bronze medals in 100m.

These achievements have proved that a well-balanced curriculum helps students stay physically and mentally healthy.

The Sports Department of Podar International School, Kalkere displayed a splendid performance in the Inter-School Athletics Competition organized by Jubilee High School on 18th August 2024. The students made their mark on the grounds with full zeal and sportsmanship and brought back laurels to the school.

Students bagged 14 Gold, 12 Silver, and 6 Bronze medals in events including 100m, 200m, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump, and 4x100m (boys and girls categories). With such impressive and outstanding performances, winning the overall championship trophy added yet another feather in the cap.
