As part of our "Plastic Plastic Everywhere" theme, we organized an exciting Plastic Bottle Upcycling Challenge for our primary students (Grades 1-4)! The competition encouraged students to creatively repurpose used plastic bottles, demonstrating the importance of reusing single-use plastics.

The young students embarked on a journey through the biography of Lord Krishna, starting from his miraculous birth, moving through the playful "Dahi Handi" tradition, exploring his enchanting "Rasleela," and culminating in the epic Mahabharata battle. Each phase of Lord Krishna's life was depicted with vivid and captivating presentations. Beyond the narrative, the focus was on the invaluable life lessons imparted by Lord Krishna at every stage of his life. The tiny stars of Grade 1 conveyed these teachings with remarkable clarity and understanding.

The Janmashtami assembly was witnessed by a delighted audience that included teachers, parents, and fellow students of Grade 1. The presence of respected dignitaries added to the grandeur of the event. The assembly was inaugurated by our respected Principal, Mr. Giridhar Reddy, and honored guests, Hon. G.M. Mr. Prasad Ponkshe and Vice Principal Ms. Jyoti Nim, who began the program by offering prayers and performing the arati to Lord Krishna. The Teachers' Day celebration at Podar International School #Latur was a delightful and heartfelt event. The enthusiasm of the grade 10 students was palpable throughout the day. They began by welcoming all the teachers with beautiful greeting cards and saplings, symbolizing their love and appreciation.

Today Podar International School #Latur successfully conducted the Culminating Event Bizkids Bazaar .The event was not just about fostering entrepreneurial skills but also celebrating the rich tapestry of Indian traditional art forms. The Investiture Ceremony 2023-24 was grandly celebrated at Podar International School, Latur today. The newly elected and selected members of the school council were shouldered upon the different responsibilities in various areas. The ceremony started with the lamp lighting by the Chief Guest Mr. Sanjiv Kumar DIG, CRPF,Latur.

On this gracious occasion, the Head Boys, Deputy Head Boys, Head Girls and Deputy Head Girls from both primary and secondary sections were felicitated with the badges and sashes by the Chief Guest, Mr. Sanjiv Kumar, Principal Giridhar Reddy, Vice Principals Mr. Anil Salve and Ms.Jyoti Nim and General Manager Mr. Prasad Pongse. World Nature Conservation Day is observed on 28 July every year. The main aim of this day is to spread awareness regarding the protection of nature and biodiversity for a healthy environment which is required for prospering humankind. It is also marked as the day to create positive opinions about climate change.

To raise awareness among the students about the conservation of the Nature, today students of Grade 9 presented informative assembly. Through the assembly presentations they performed meaningful musical skit. Students gave various messages through the poster presentations.
