We are glad to share that our student Azlan from grade 6C won the Under-12 Tennis Tournament on World Children’s Day at the "Khelte Raho" celebration organized by the Maharashtra Commission of Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR), District Women and Child Development Officer, Mumbai district and UNICEF at Priyadarshini Park, Mumbai.
Azlan was facilitated by Mr. Deepak Pandey - Inspector General of Prevention of Atrocities against Women (PAW) and received recognition from Team UNICEF. Let’s congratulate our young champ.

Many Congratulations to Hridhaan Narain for getting 02nd Position in SGPM 2022 Music & Dance Competition in Primary Instrumental Category, which was conducted by Ajivasan Music Academy. Hridhaan performance resonated with spirited rhythm and song setting an electrifying ambience. It is indeed a moment of pride and elation for everyone. Hridhaan plays Piano/Keyboard.
We are proud to announce that Hridhaan Narain from Grade 3 A, stood 01st Runner up in “Primary Instrumental Category” in “Shri Ganesh Podar Memorial 2022, Music & Dance Competition”, which was conducted by “Ajivasan Music Academy”. The grand finale was live on Youtube, which was held on 13th Nov’22 (Sunday). Every finalist was instructed to play their music piece or song in 3 minutes. Hridhaan played two songs on Piano/Keyboard in given three minutes time and it was fusion of Piano and Keyboard song. First song was piano song with notes & dynamics and other song was keyboard song with rhythm.
Hridhaan Narain will be getting Certificate of Achievement, Winner Medal and a Mug signed by Padmshree Shri Suresh Wadkar.
The event was inaugurated online by Padmshree Shri Suresh Wadkar and Mrs. Padma Wadkar.

Each student performed well in 01st round of competition, but finally, only 13 contestants were selected to participate in the final round of Primary Instrumental Category. The first round SGPM 2022 competition was held a month ago and given time to perform was 2 minutes. Hridhaan scored above 90% marks in the 01st round of competition and was top contendor for trophy as mentioned by Ajivasan team during grand finale. Hridhaan represented Primary Section of his school – Podar International School (CIE), Nerul in instrumental category. In this competition across 140 plus schools from nine different states of India had participated. Total number of registration for this competition was 320 and total number of enrollment was 210. Out of which 67 finalist performed in grand finale.The competition has been divided into three vertical – Instrumental, Singing & Dancing. Each vertical divided in two categories. In categories 1 – for Grade I to Grade 5 and category 2 – being Grade 6 onwards. All performance was judged by Mr. Pradeep Pande from Ajivasan Music Academy. The participants were judged on five criteria – Rythm, Presentation of the song, Clarity of notes, Dynamics of notes and Memorization.
