Grade X Farewell 2023-2024
Farewell was organised for the students of grade 10. Students of grade 9 presented a cultural program to entertain their seniors by performing skit, comedy act, group song and dance performances. All the staff members wished the outgoing students good luck as they are going to begin with a new chapter in their life.
Parivartan Drive - 2024
"Parivartan Drive" was organised by Podar International school, Belagavi to generate a community awareness campaign on 'Be the Change to Bring The Change'. The students marched carrying posters, placards, slogans,poems and quotes to spread awareness about Self-love, kindness, Acceptance and Seeking Support. Students also enacted a Street Play 'The Ripples of Kindness', and showcased that how a small act of kindness can help a person, change their mood or turn a bad day into a good one.
Annual Day Celebration 2023-2024
'Annual Day celebrations are not just about celebrating a day but celebrating a journey'. Students and staff of Podar International school, Belagavi celebrated the 11th Annual Gathering 2024 with a lot of enthusiasm. The themes for the gathering were 'Yes Your Majesty ' and 'Udaan'. Students performed skit and dances extraordinarily with pomp and glory.
"Fashion Fiesta" by the students of grade 2 under the Thematic Unit - 2023
The Thematic Unit, ' What We Wear', was concluded with the culminating event "Fashion Fiesta" by the students of grade 2.It was organised within the school premises and the students enjoyed it to the fullest as it has a festive and cheerful atmosphere.The event focused on all that Students had learnt during the unit.Students participated enthusiastically and exhibited wonderful performances learnt during their thematic sessions.
Christmas Celebration - 2023
"Christmas is a season not only for rejoicing, but for reflection." Podar International School Belagavi was thrilled to celebrate the Eve of Christmas on 22 December 2023 in the school campus. Students enthusiastically participated in various performances like Christmas skit, carols and dance. The celebration concluded with Santa Claus wishing the audience and distributing chocolates, which pleased the children.
Annual Sports Day 2023-24

‘Champions keep playing until they get it right’

The Champions of Podar International School, Belagavi celebrated the event of 11th Annual Sports Day 2023-24 on 12th December 2023 in their spacious playground. The event was witnessed by 1000 plus parents. It was a real treat of mesmerising displays which included Yoga, Lezim, Hoops, Pom pom, Taekwondo, Zumba dance and much more.

Children from grade 1 to 10 showcased their discipline and coordination through each event. The school is immensely proud to introduce the school band this year and the students energetically played it.

Prizes were distributed to various sports events conducted. Aqua house won the Best House while Ventus house was the Best March-past winner. Parents had a good time with games such as Tug of war and balancing the ball. Everyone at the Sports Day, had a wonderful time at the Sports Day.

Tree Plantation - 2023
Green Saviours Association, an organization engaged in ecological restoration through tree planting, a team working for 353 consecutive Sundays since April 2016. Presently working on planting 10 lakh trees in and around Belagavi addressed the students and highlighted the importance of tree plantation.

PTM Meeting - 2023

The first Parent-Teacher Association/School Development Committee 2023-24 was presided by the Principal Mr. Raj Hulamani on Saturday 15 July 2023. The members were addressed about their role as PTA members, Safety and transportation of children, academics, sports and extracurricular activities. The session concluded with the positive feedback and suggestions by the enthusiastic members.

"Kargil Vijay Diwas",a day to remember the valiant efforts and sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces". Kargil Vijay Diwas was celebrated with great pomp and glory by the students. Students saluted the great heroes by participating in cultural activities such as patriotic group song, skit , speech and dance performance.
Karnataka Rajyotsava - 2023
'Karnataka Rajyotsava' is a moment to reflect on the culture and diversity that makes the state unique and a reminder that the essence of Karnataka lies in its people and their hearts. "Karnataka Rajyotsava" was celebrated with great zeal by the staff and the students. Students participated in speeches, group song and skit. Various competitions were also conducted for the students from grade 1 to 10.
Dandiya Celebration - 2023
Dandiya was celebrated with great zeal, pomp and glory by the students, teachers and parents on the rhythmic beats in the school premises.Various food stalls were put up by the students to refresh the gathering. Art forms prepared by the students during the theme "Young Entrepreneurs" were also exhibited during the event. Mental health stalls and games stalls were also the attraction of the event.
