Rakshabandhan Celebration - 2024

National Handloom Day - 2024

Class VI A celebrated National Handloom Day with a dynamic assembly featuring a speech, skit, poem, and fashion show. The event began with a speech highlighting the significance of handloom weaving. A skit followed, set in a contemporary fashion studio exploring handloom techniques. The assembly also included a poem and a fashion show where students showcased handloom fabrics from various states. World Organ Donation Day - 2024

The students of Class VII Aryabhata at Podar International School, Wagholi, delivered a powerful skit to raise awareness about plastic pollution. The performance featured a diverse cast, including the Cow, the Sea Turtle, the Seabird, and the Human, each illustrating the impact of plastic waste on their respective environments. The skit effectively highlighted the severe consequences of plastic pollution on land, in the sea, and in the air, urging the audience to consider the importance of reducing plastic use.

Following the performance, the Vice Principal Sir, Mr. Sandesh Khatal, addressed the students, emphasizing the critical need for environmental stewardship and encouraging everyone to take proactive steps to mitigate plastic waste.

The students of Grade II Courage at Podar International School, Wagholi, conducted a special assembly to emphasize the importance of preserving and saving Mother Earth.
