Podar International School, Paratwada celebrated its 5th Annual Day function.
On 08th February 2024 all the students of Podar International School, Paratwada celebrated their 5th Annual Day function with enthusiasm and zeal. The entire school participated whole heartedly towards the success of this grand event. The triumph was made possible by the relentless efforts of the teaching staff, admin staff and students.
The chief guest Dr Eaknathji Tatte, Officiating Principal B S Patil college, Paratwada who is well known for his work in the fields of education, was the esteemed guest of honour. He first emphasized the importance of education. The chief guest Dr Eaknathji Tatte sir was visibly impressed by the impeccable performances showcased by the students across different grades. The event started off with a musical performance by students. The theme for this year's celebration was " Nritya Tarang", reflecting the rich tapestry of cultures, traditions, and ideas that make our school truly special which was presented meticulously by students from grade 1 to 9.
The event closed with a finale dance celebration by all the students. It was indeed a spectacular display of talent and fervor.
The farewell event for the 10th standard students of Podar International School Paratwada was a memorable occasion filled with emotions and reflections on their academic journey. It brought together students and teachers to bid farewell to the departing batch.

The 10th standard farewell was a well-organized and emotionally charged event. It provided a platform for students to celebrate their accomplishments, express gratitude, and bid a heartfelt farewell to their beloved school.
Sport develops a sense of friendliness among the children and develops their team spirit. It helps children to develop mental and physical toughness. These days sports are an integral part of the education. In schools, children are taught some sort of games in very early stages to keep their value in life.

The event was started with a Slow March with the Chief Guest. Mr. Anand Pidurkar, Police Inspector, Chikhaldara, Mr. Prashant Gite, Assistant Police Inspector, Achalpur.

Students of Grade 6 to 10 participated in March Pass and the Torch Run. Students of Grade 9 and Grade 10 conducted a Welcome Song and Inaugural performance.
The Principal Mr. Atul Patil sir welcomed the chief guests and shared few lines about the Sports Day.
Students of grade 1 to 10 given a wonderful performance and participated in various kinds of games enthusiastically with the cooperation of teachers. As a result, students come to realize the value of cooperation and team spirit.
The Annual Sports Day 2023 prize distribution was done by the hands of chief guests and the principal sir of PIS Paratwada and was ended with a National Anthem song.
Under the Integrated English theme, " Young Entrepreneurs" Students of Podar International School, #Paratwada culminated the theme by organizing the Event "BIZ KIDS BAZAAR" in which students of PIS Paratwada participated and organized different stalls like the Gond Art Zone, the Manjusha Art Zone, the Mandala Art Zone, the Indian Art Zone, Game Zone, Food Stall, Face Painting.
Students got the opportunity to use and showcase their business acumen, management skills and understood the basic principles of business by experience in the firsthand. Students participated and enjoyed to their fullest by doing their part in the management of stalls. Special thanks to all the parents who supported our students and enthusiastically bought the products during the exhibition. Principal sir addressed all the students and parents and motivated them to participate in such a unique event which enhance and gives exposure to 21st century skills.

No wonder why the industry of entrepreneurs have risen wonderfully, hence, to culminate the spirit of ideas and innovation, Podar International School, Paratwada organized a special assembly on the topic of World Entrepreneur Day.
The students of Grade V came forward with a magnificent skit which beautifully presented a Podcast held among Entrepreneurs and the much awaited audience.
The students were dressed for the act and played their parts perfectly, three students played the roles of successful entrepreneurs who interacted with the audience answering their questions.
The conversation covered many intectual topics of how a business works and what is the role of an entrepreneur in it. The discussion among the students clarified that goal of a healthy environment can be achieved by sustainable development which allows the future generations to utilize the resources efficiently.
The skit was composed wonderfully and the presentation left everyone spellbound with applause.

Independence Day is the most significant day for all Indians. This day marks the struggle of our freedom fighters as well as our soldiers who stand as the sentinels of the nation. Podar International School Paratwada celebrated Independence Day and rejoiced in the spirit of a free India.
The Tricolour was hoisted on the grounds of the school by Principal sir Mr. Atul Patil and Honorable Chief Guest Divya Bharathi, Indian Forest Service officer.
Students of PIS Paratwada presented a skit, dance and patriotic song. Young learners were thrilled to be a part of a colorful, vibrant and energizing event.
Under the theme "Marvellous me" Culminating Event of Grade 1 students was conducted with great zeal and enthusiasm in Podar International School Paratwada. In this, students thought out of the box and increased their retention power. Marvellous me took the students to consider themselves as a unique person in their family and the community realizing each of them quality.
The event was inaugurated by our school Principal Mr. Atul Patil sir. Students presented the information in the form of speech, songs, dance, skit etc.

Podar International School, Paratwada celebrated Kargil Vijay Diwas to commemorate the victory of Operation Vijay and to honour Kargil heroes, who sacrificed their lives for the motherland on 26 July,1999. A special morning assembly was organised on theme of Kargil victory day. Students of Grade IV hosted an assembly who were dressed as soldiers and performed an act on the life of soldiers to pay tribute to the valiant heroes of Kargil. The assembly theme highlighted the achievements of Indian soldiers and saluted the real heroes who protect and safeguard the Indian nation. Principal Mr. Atul Patil sir expressed their views to remember the real heroes of our nation and shared with the students the memorable life of Kargil martyrs. At last, students were appreciated for the initiatives and efforts of their wonderful performances.
Fire safety is important and should be taken seriously in an academic environment, especially in the schools. Every school must take the necessary precautions in order to prevent anything untoward from happening in the case of an emergency, like a fire.
Considering all these possibilities, Podar International School, Paratwada has organised a fire Mock Drill to aware students when the fire breaks out. During this Mock Drill, students are guided with rescue system, exit points which imparts training with regard to the use of fire equipments and measures to be adopted in emergency situation. Podar International School Paratwada conducted the Investiture Ceremony of newly elected Student Council Members for the academic session 2023-24. It was organised with great spirit, passion and dignity. The ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school offers to the newly elected student council members. The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest under the guidance of Principal Mr Atul Patil sir.
The school captain, school vice captain, house captains, house vice captains and house assistant vice captains were elected. They were conferred with badges and sashes by Principal Mr. Atul Patil sir. The student council members took the pledge to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. 21st June is celebrated as International Yoga Day all over the world.
It embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfilment, harmony between man and nature, and a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover a sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature.
International Yoga Day was celebrated by the students and teachers at Podar International School, Paratwada with great enthusiasm.
Students performed various asanas. Warm up exercises were taken and all the students performed sitting and standing asanas, the importance of these were explained simultaneously. Principal Mr. Atul Patil sir explained the importance of Yoga and encouraged students to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
The election for the Students’ Council was held at Podar International School Paratwada. The objective of appointing the Student’ Council is to provide a platform for the students to develop leadership qualities by organising and carrying out school activities and service projects.
